Index No. E012025025021 SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of an execution issued out of the Supreme Court, Columbia County, against the real property of the judgment debtors, HEMPIRE, INC. and TESSA EDICK WILLIAMS a/k/a TESSA EDICK, the Sheriff of the County of Columbia will sell at public auction, pursuant to law, at the Columbia County Courthouse, 401 Union Street, Hudson, New York on the 30 th day of April, 2026 at 10:00 in the forenoon of said day all the right, title and interest which the said HEMPIRE, INC. and/or TESSA EDICK WILLIAMS a/k/a TESSA EDICK had therein on the 30 th day of April, 2026 , or at any time subsequent thereto, in and to the lands and premises described and numbered below: 1.
