Erie St., Mayville, NY 14757 on March 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 53 W. 14th Street, City of Jamestown, Chautauqua County, NY, tax map number 370.18-3-54, more fully described as being all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements erected, situate, lying thereon known and described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land situate in the City of Jamestown, County of Chautauqua and State of New York, being part of Lot 34, Township 2, Range 11 of the Holland Land Company's Survey and more particularly described as being Lot No. 17 of the Consolidated Development Company's Allotment "D", Jamestown, New York, said lot being bounded as follows: On the North by West Fourteenth Street, forty-one and five-tenths (41.5) feet; on the East by lot No. 16, one hundred eighteen and sixty-five one-hundredths (118.65) feet; on the South by the southerly line of said Allotment, forty-one and five-tenths (41.5) feet; on the West by Lot No. 18, one hundred eighteen and sixty-eight one-hundredths (118.68) feet.
