NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT

TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular board meeting held on the 13th day of April, 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Franklin duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Section 36.00 of the Local Finance Law of the State of New York.




The following is a summary of a resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Franklin on April 13, 2026. Said resolution authorizes the issuance of a statutory installment bond in an amount not to exceed $155,000.00.
