WAYNE COUNTY NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Wayne County Local Law No. 2 for the year 2026 - “Local Law Superseding Public Officers Law Section 3(1) Residency of Certain Officer” was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on February 19th, 2026, effective March 9th, 2026, the date it was filed with the Office of the Secretary of State as provided in Section 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York.
