VILLAGE OF SUFFERN NOTICE OF ADOPTION LOCAL LAW NO 2 OF 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Suffern, after a Public Hearing held on the 27th day of April 2026 adopted Local Law No. 2 of 2026. This Local Law establishes sewer rents for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Local Law No. 2 of 2026, as adopted and approved, has been filed in the Office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Suffern, 61 Washington Avenue, Suffern, New York 10901, where it may be examined by any interested party and is available for review online at www.suffernny.gov.
