LEGAL NOTICE NORTH GREENBUSH FIRE DISTRICT No.1 RESOLUTION TO EXPEND MONIES FROM THE CAPITAL RESERVE FUND FOR EQUIPMENT At the Regular Meeting held on April 13, 2026, the resolution summa- rized below was adopt- ed by the Board of Fire Commissioners subject to permissive referen- dum: BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 6-g of the General Munici- pal Law the Board of Fire Commissioners of North Greenbush Fire District No.1 does here- by approve the expen- diture of an amount not to exceed $2,400,000.00 from the Capital Re- serve Fund for Equip- ment, for the purpose of purchasing a new Aerial Apparatus. The Capital Reserve Fund for Equip- ment is a "type" fund as described in General Municipal Law Section 6-g(2)(b). PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this resolution was ad- opted subject to a per- missive referendum in accordance with Sec- tion 6-g of the General Municipal Law.
