Arbor Housing and Development will be closing the following waiting lists for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program ? Project-Based Voucher (PBV) units in Steuben and Chemung Counties: Hornellsville Apartments LLC Lamphear Court Apartments LLC Chemung Crossing LLC EastGate Applications will not be accepted for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program after Friday, May 1, 2026. until further notice. Public Notice will be provided when the Arbor Housing and Development Section 8 Program re-opens the waiting list.
