Articles of Organization were filed with the Secretary of State of New York (SSNY) on February 6, 2026. Office location: Orange County, New York. SSNY has been designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served. SSNY shall mail a copy of any process to the LLC at PO Box #241 Central Valley NY 10917.
