Articles of Organization of 48 FBR LLC (the "LLC") were filed upon. the Secretary of State of New York ("SSNY") on December 11, 2025. effective upon the date of filing. Office Loca- tion: Schenectady County. SSNY has been designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served. SSNY may mail a copy of any process to the LLC at PO Box 380, Halfmoon, NY 12065. The purpose for which the LLC formed is to engage in any lawful act or activi- ty in furtherance there- of, in connection there- with, or incidental thereto, for which limi- ted liability companies may be formed under the Limited Liability Company Law of the State of New York.
