NOTICE OF FORMATION OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY Articles of Organization of 48 FBR LLC (the “LLC”) were filed upon the Secretary of State of New York (“SSNY”) on December 11, 2025, effective upon the date of filing. Office Location: Schenectady County. SSNY has been designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served. SSNY may mail a copy of any process to the LLC at PO Box 380, Halfmoon, NY 12065. The purpose for which the LLC is formed is to engage in any lawful act or activity in furtherance thereof, in connection therewith, or incidental thereto, for which limited liability companies may be formed under the Limited Liability Company Law of the State of New York.
