Hamburg Industrial Development Agency Notice Notice is hereby given that the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 of the Town of Hamburg Industrial Development Agency have been audited by Allied CPAs, PC, certified public accountants, and that the audit report has been filed with the Agency where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to Section 35 of General Municipal Law, the Board of Directors and the Town of Hamburg Industrial Development Agency may, at their discretion, prepare a written response to the audit and file any such response in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons no later than June 1, 2026.
