Main Street, Herkimer, NY. This property offers one-bedroom units only. Applicants must be 62 years of age or older, or a person with a disability, and must meet income eligibility requirements. Income Limits (50% AMI): 1 person: $31,150 | 2 persons: $35,600 | 3 persons: $40,050 | 4 persons: $44,500 The waiting list will open on April 1, 2026 and will remain open until a sufficient number of applications have been received.
