LEGAL NOTICE SECOND: Publication Notice of Or- ganization of Limited Li- ability Company. FIRST: The name of the limited liability company is RFG Properties LLC (herein- after referred to as the "company"). The articles of organi- zation of the company were filed with the Sec- retary of State on April 15, 2026. THIRD: The county within New York in which the office of the company is to be lo- cated is Ulster County. FOURTH: The Secretary of State has been des- ignated as agent upon whom process against the company may be served. The post office address to which the Secretary of State shall mail process is: P.O. Box 68. Malden, New York 12453. FIFTH: The pur- pose of the company is real estate investments and development, and to engage in any other lawful activity or acts for which limited li- ability companies may be organized under the Limited Liability Com- pany Law.
