NOTICE OF FORMATION OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (LLC) Articles of Organization for a New York LLC, to wit, BN50 SOLAR LLC, whose office is located in Yates County, were filed with the New York Secretary of State (SSNY) on March 26, 2025. SSNY is designated agent for service of process. The address to which the SSNY shall mail a copy of any process against the LLC served upon SSNY is c/o C-Tec Solar, 1 Griffin Road South, Suite 200, Bloomfield, CT 06002. The purpose of the LLC is to engage in any lawful activity for which a LLC may be organized under the LLC Law of New York State.
