Notice of Dissolution of Congregation Ohel Yaakov d/b/a Yeshiva Ohel Yaakov PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on the Petition, duly verified on March 26, 2026, and the exhibits submitted in support of said Petition, the petitioner CONGREGATION OHEL YAAKOV d/b/a Yeshiva Ohel Yaakov ("Petitioner"), will make an application, pursuant to the provisions of §18 of the New York Religious Corporations Law of the State of New York, at a Special Term of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Rockland under Index # 032359/2026, to be held at the Rockland County Courthouse, 1 South Main Street, New City, New York 10956, on May 21, 2026, at 9:30 in the morning, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, for an Order directing: (1) the dissolution of Petitioner pursuant to the provisions of §18 of the New York Religious Corporations Law; (2) the liquidation of Petitioner's assets upon said dissolution; (3) the use of any surplus proceeds upon the liquidation of Petitioner's assets; and (4) such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.
