 NOTICE OF FORMATION OF A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY 



Notice of Formation of Higby Acres Farm, LLC. Articles of Organization filed with Secretary of State of NY (SSNY) on the 13th day of March 2026. Office location: Herkimer County. SSNY designated as agent of LLC upon whom process against it may be served. SSNY shall mail process to: Jeremy O'Brien, 723 Higby Road, New Hartford, NY 13413-5800. The purpose of this Limited Liability Company is to engage in any and all aspects of agricultural production, including but not limited to the cultivation, harvesting, and marketing of crops, livestock, and value-added products; the buying, selling, and leasing of agricultural land and machinery; conducting agritourism activities; and to perform all other acts necessary or incidental to the management of a diversified agricultural business, as permitted under the laws of the state of New York.
