The Town of Harrietstown Hereby gives notice to all owners of real property in the Town of Harrietstown of the release of the revaluation program Assessment Disclosure Notice. The assessor has completed the preliminary determination of assessed values of all real property. An assessment disclosure notice containing the preliminary assessment will be mailed to each owner property in the taxable, utility, and exemption portions of the assessment roll. The assessment disclosure, inventory and valuation information collected during the project will be available at the Assessors office at 39 Main Street Saranac Lake, NY 12983 during normal office hours and by appointment at the convenience of the property owner.
