NOTICE OF FORMATION OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY Notice is hereby given that GETS AI Management Enterprises LLC, a domestic Limited Liability Company, has been formed under the laws of the State of New York. The Articles of Organization were filed with the Secretary of State of New York on February 27, 2026. The office of the Company is located in Oneida County, New York. The Secretary of State has been designated as agent of the Company upon whom process against it may be served.
