NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO SECTION UCC 7-210 (b) OF THE NEW YORK UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Sonwil Distribution Center, Inc. (“Sonwil”), is enforcing its Warehouseman’s Lien, established by Section UCC 7-210 (b)of the New York Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC”) with respect to your Goods (as defined below) for charges due and owing.
1. Hembal Labs, Inc. owes Sonwil $15,306.96 as of April 6, 2026 for storage, handling, and related warehouse charges dating back to June 24, 2025.
2. All of Hembal Labs, Inc. Goods stored with us are subject to our Warehouseman’s Lien. Attached hereto is a list of all the Goods stored with us as of April 6, 2026.
3. In accordance with he terms of your contract with us, including our standard IWLA Terms and Conditions, fully executed by Hembal Labs Inc. on May 1, 2024 and applicable law, including New York UCC Section UCC 7-210 (b), we are providing notice that if Sonwil does not receive full payment on or before the close of business (5:00 pm, EDT) May 1, 2026 we will sell your Goods at one or more private sales at our warehouse located at 4900 North America Drive, West Seneca, NY 14224 on or after 10:00 am May 4, 2026.
The Goods: Bickford Chocolate Flavor 5 Gallon Pail (2 pallets), Bickford Chocolate Flavor 55 Galon Drum (2 pallets),Bickford French Vanilla Flavor (2 pallets), Canola Oil (16 pallets), Sunflower Oil (4 pallets).
