Articles of Organization filed with the Secretary of State of New York (SSNY) on February 9, 2026. Office location: Washington County. SSNY has been designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served. SSNY shall mail a copy of process to: Martin Zamora, 80 North Williams Street, Whitehall, NY 12887.
