The foregoing summons is served upon you by publication pursuant to an order of the Honorable Richard A. Kupferman, a Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, signed March 31, 2026, and filed on April 1, 2026, in the office of the clerk of the County of Saratoga, in the City of Ballston Spa, New York.

The object of this action is pursuant to Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law Article 15 to clear title to a certain parcel or lot of land located in the Town of Ballston Spa, Saratoga County, State of New York, more particularly described as being a strip 12' wide across the west end of said premises which 12' strip is bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the southwest corner of lands of Burton Desmond aforesaid, and running thence westerly along the boundary line between the lands herein conveyed, and lands of Ada M. Wiley, conveyed to her by said deed from Walter E. Wiley, 12' to the easterly line of the lands of the said Ada M. Wiley, conveyed to her by deed from Walter E. Wiley running thence southerly along the easterly line of said lands of Ada M. Wiley, conveyed to her by Walter E. Wiley, to the aforesaid lane; thence easterly along said lane 12'; thence northerly on a line parallel with the east bound- ary line of said lands of said Ada M. Wiley, conveyed to her by the said Walter E. Wiley and 12' easterly therefrom to the place of beginning. Being a portion of lands described in a deed dated April 25, 2025, and recorded in the Saratoga County Clerks Office on April 29, 2025, as Instrument Number 202501449.
