SURROGATE'S COURT COUNTY OF HERKIMER

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF

MICHAEL JERMAINE LARGES BROWN

Deceased.

ORDER FOR SERVICE OF CITATION BYPUBLICATION AND APPEARANCE RULES

File No: 2025-276

By Direction of the Herkimer County Surrogate's Court:

Upon the correspondence of Stephanie A. Palmer, Esq., dated March 9, 2026, a copy of the same being attached hereto as Exhibit "A", in the above-entitled Estate of the Deceased, which has established to the satisfaction of the court that the place of residence of Distributee, ARNOLDO LARGES, is unknown and cannot, after diligent inquiry, be ascertained

Therefore, it is hereby

ORDERED, that service of the Citation in this proceeding upon Distributee, ARNOLDO LARGES, whose place of residence is unknown and cannot, after diligent inquiry be ascertained, be made by publication in one newspapers: to wit, in the Daily Sentinel, published in the County of Oneida, once a week for four consecutive weeks, the first of which publication shall be made at least twenty-eight (28) days before the return date fixed in the citation; and it is further

ORDERED that being satisfied that the Petitioner cannot, with reasonable diligence, ascertain a place where said person, whose residence is unknown, would be probable to receive matter transmitted through the post office, the Court hereby dispenses with the mailing of a copy of the citation to them; and it is further

ORDERED, that this decision shall constitute this order of the Court.
