HAWKINS Pursuant to SCPA Article 17-A CITATION AND NOTICE OF PETITION TO: SHONTA HAWKINS Address Unknown A petition under SCPA Article 17-A of the State of New Yrk having been filed by Pamela Aldrich with this Court for guardianship of the person of Clyde E. Hawkins, a copy of said petition being annexed: YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the Surrogate's Court of Dutchess County at 10 Market St, Poughkeepsie, NY, on June 1, 2026 at 11:00 o'clock in the fore noon of that day, why letters of guardianship of the person of Clyde E. Hawkins should not be granted to Pamela Aldrich and why a hearing should not be held and why the appearance of Respondent should not be required at the hearing; and why the guardian of the person should not be authorized and epowered to make all decisions with respect to the medical and dental needs of the Respondent and to render consent to any medicial procedures which are necessary to the health and welfare of the Respondent, unless the court directs otherwise.
