NOTICE OF TAX SALE VILLAGE OF SOUTHAMPTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York, and of a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Southampton, Suffolk County, New York passed at a meeting thereof held on the 8th day of January 2026, I Julie Krudop, Treasurer of said Village of Southampton, will sell at public auction, in the manner provided by law on the 10th day of March 2026 at 1:00 in the afternoon in the Board Room in said Village of Southampton, so much of each of the following parcels of real estate upon which Village taxes remain unpaid as will be sufficient to discharge the tax fees, interest and charges which may be due thereon respectively at the time of such sale and shall continue the same day until said sales shall be completed. The purchaser or purchasers at such sales shall be required to pay the amount of their respective bids to the Village Treasurer, within ten days after the sale and upon such payment shall receive a written certificate of sale describing the real estate liens and the sum paid therefor. BE ADVISED THAT the Village intends to purchase all eligible outstanding tax liens at said sale.
