GENESEE COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Town of Alabama will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026 at the Alabama Fire Hall, 2230 Judge Road, Town of Alabama, Genesee County, NY to consider the Petition of Stream Data Centers, LLC for properties identified as Tax Map Numbers 10.-1-42.2; 10.-1-41; 10.-1-8; 10.-1-9; 10.-1-10; 10.-1-4.2; 10.-1-3; 10.-1-4.112, 10.-1-7, located on Crosby Road, in the STAMP site. The applicant proposes to build three (3) data center buildings. The Planning Board invites and will accept both oral and written comments relevant to this application at said hearing.
