("Verizon") has filed a Petition with the New York State Public Service Commission ("Commission") seeking confirmation and approval of a cable television franchise awarded to Verizon by the Village of Island Park, New York. Copies of the Petition are available from the Commission or from Verizon. Interested parties may file comments on the Petition with the Commission within ten days of the date of publication of this notice.
