VILLAGE OF BATH NOTICE NOTICE of a public hearing before the Village of Bath Board of Trustees on the adoption of proposed Local Law No 6 of 2026 and titled "Amending Local Law No. 2-1994, Sewer Use Law." LEGAL NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, and further pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bath, New York, passed on March 16, 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bath will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, Liberty St, Bath, New York on April 20, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the adoption of the above-referred local law. The intent of this local law is to Amend Local Law No. 2-1994, Sewer Use Law. By order of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bath, New York.
