Beacon Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the City of Beacon, Dutchess County, New York, in the Municipal Center courtroom, One Municipal Plaza, Beacon, New York, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, immediately following the training session/workshop which begins at 7:00 PM, relative to an application for Site Plan Approval, for a change of use of an existing two-story commercial building and façade modifications, for the purpose of a karaoke venue, on property located at 1154 North Avenue, identified on the City Tax Maps as Parcel 5954-26-740983, submitted by Hudson Vox LLC. Said Planning Board will, at said time and place hear all persons in support of such matter or any objections thereto. Individuals may appear in person, by agent or by attorney.
