PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing shall be conducted for the Village of Blasdell on April 6, 22026 at 4:30 p.m. at the Village Hall, 121 Miriam Avenue, Blasdell, NY to consider public comment about a pending resolution which would request that State Enabling Legislation be adopted by the NYS Assembly and State Senate permitting the Village of Blasdell to merge its Fire Department within the Big Tree Volunteer Fire Company’s Fire Protection District, resulting in an ultimate dissolution of the Blasdell Volunteer Fire Department if such legislation is adopted by the NYS Assembly and State Senate and ultimately signed by the Governor of New York State.
