Public Hearing on proposed changes to animal licensing fees.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BLOOMING GROVE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 5th day of May, 2026 at 7:01 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, a Public Hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Blooming Grove, New York, at Town Hall located at 6 Horton Road, Blooming Grove, New York, to consider a Local Law for Proposed Changes to the Town Code, Chapter 77 Animals, §77-6 (A) License and Impoundment Fees; Redemption and Disposition. At the above place and time, the Town Board shall receive comments from the public concerning the proposed Local Law. The Town of Blooming Grove will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
