FRANKLIN COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF TEMPORARY POSTING OF ROADS Town of Brighton Pursuant to Article 40, Section 1650 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law, the Town of Brighton Highway Department is posting the following Town roads to all vehicles with an axel weight of 5 tons or more from March 20 to April 30, 2026 longer if needed until weather permits or by Highway Superintendent approval: Tebbutt, Vosburgh, Hull, Garondah, Wardner, Clark-Wardner, Tansy Lane, Split Rock, Hobart, Bert LaFountain, Riley, White Pine, Keese Mills, Hoffman, and Sunny Side.
