Grievance Day will be conducted by mail, phone and in person. Written complaints will be heard on May 28, 2026 by the Board of Assessment Review from 4pm to 8pm at the Burlington Town Hall. Complainants will be advised of the board's determination by mail in the days following. Grievance applications received less than 3 days prior to May 28, 2026 may be scheduled for an adjourned hearing. Assessor will be available by appointment/phone at 607-434-6504 on May 5, 4pm- 8pm by phone, May 12, 4pm- 8pm in person, May 19, 4pm-8pm by phone & May 23, 10am-2pm by phone.
