LEGAL NOTICE Notice of Public Hearing Town of Schodack The Town of Schodack will hold a public hear- ing on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 7:05 p.m. at the Town Hall, 265 Schuurman Road, Castleton, NY, for the purpose of hearing public comments on the Town of Schodack's current Community Develop- ment Block Grant (CDBG) project: #1039PF124-24, Town of Schodack Water Line Extension Project, $430,560. The CDBG program is administered by the New York State Office of Community Renewal (OCR), and provides resources to eligible local governments for housing, economic develop- ment, public facilities, public infrastructure, and planning activities, with the principal purpose of benefiting low/moderate income persons. The hearing will provide further information about the progress of the ongoing CDBG project. Com- ments related to the effectiveness of administra- tion of the CDBG project will also be received at this time. The hearing is being conducted pursu- ant to Section 570.486, Subpart I of the CFR and in compliance with the requirements of the Hous- ing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. The Town Hall is accessible to persons with dis- abilities. If special accommodations are needed for persons with disabilities, those with hearing impairments, or those in need of translation from English, those individuals should contact Debra L.
