LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE Town of Schodack NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Schodack is committed to further fair in the housing and equal op- portunity The Town of Schodack has adopted a Fair Housing Plan In ac- cordance with Title Vill of the Civil Rights Act of 1968. Title VII of the Civ- il Rights Act of 1968 pro- hibits any person from discriminating sale or rental of housing because of race, creed, color, gender, national origin, familial status or disability.
