CAYUGA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF CATO PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the Supervisor’s Office of the Town of Cato for the period beginning on January 1, 2022 and ending on November 6, 2025, have been examined by the Office of the State Comptroller, and that the audit of the examination performed by the Office of the State Comptroller, has been filed in my office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to General Municipal Law Section 35, the governing board of the Town of Cato may, in its discretion, prepare a written response to the audit and file any such response in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons not later than June 26, 2026.
