Legal Notices NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF CELORON NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Planning Board of the Village of Celoron, New York will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Center, 47 Dunham Avenue, Celoron, New York to consider the Site Plan Application of: 1) Ryan Patti, P.O. Box 893, Jamestown, NY 14702-0893, to perform site work and install fifteen (15) temporary storage units on the 250’x86’ rear fenced portion of the property located at 475 E. Livingston Avenue, Celoron, NY; Section 386.08, Block 2, Lot 3 in the I-1 Zone. At said Public Hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
