NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW TOWN OF COLONIE SIGNIFICANT ENVIRONMENTAL AREAS MANAGEMENT APPEALS BOARD ALBANY COUNTY – NEW YORK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT PURSUANT TO Chapter 195 of the Code of the Town of Colonie the Significant Environmental Areas Management Appeals Board of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York will meet and conduct a Public Hearing at the Public Operations Center, 347 Old Niskayuna Road, in the said Town of Colonie, County of Albany, New York on the 11th day of March, 2026 at 7:00 PM for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in a certain appeal involving the proposed construction of a 4,050sf warehouse building addition to the existing one-story building. The proposed project is known as Lands of Beliveau and is located at 4 Sand Creek Road in the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York.
