GREENE COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Coxsackie County of Greene has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been filed with the Town Clerk at 56 Bailey St Coxsackie, whereby appointment only it may be seen and examined by any interested person until Grievance Day. The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll on the following days by appointment only: Monday, May 11 – 12pm-4pm Wednesday, May 13 – 9am-8pm Saturday, May 16 – 9am-1pm Location: 56 Bailey St. Coxsackie, NY 12051 The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 27, 2026 from 4pm until 8pm to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any persons believing themselves to be aggrieved. All complaints must include the Grievance form and written substantiation, and must be received via mail, fax or email before Grievance Day.
