DEKALB PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE TOWN ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Dekalb, County of St. Lawrence has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with Kelly Davis, Town Clerk at 2907 CR 17, De Kalb Junction, where it may be seen and examined by an interested person until the first Wednesday after the fourth Tuesday in May. The tentative assessment roll is also available for viewing on the assessing unit’s website – www.TownofDeKalb.org or the St. Lawrence County website – stlawco.org - per requirement of RPTL section 1590(2). The Assessor or her designee, will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll at 2907 Co. Rd. 17, De Kalb Junction: (Phone 315-347-3331 Ext 4 for an appointment) on Thursday, May 7, 4-8pm, on Saturday, May 9, 9am-1pm, on Thursday, May 14, 4-8pm, and on Saturday, May 16, 2:30-6:30pm The Board of Assessment Review will meet between the hours of 4:30-8:30pm in said town, at 2907 CR 17, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
