1. Request from the Dunkirk City School District to use School #7 and Promenschenkel Stadium softball fields for practices and games if weather or field conditions limit use of the primary district fields.




2. Request from Tim Wdowiasz to use Promenschenkel Stadium, Koch’s Field, and School #7 Field for the 51 st Annual First Ward Falcon Club Fast Pitch tournament from Friday July 17, 2026 through Sunday July 19, 2026.




3. Request from Kory Ahlstrom on behalf of Chadwick Bay Softball to use Promenschenkel Stadium, and Koch’s Fields from Friday, August 1, 2026 through August 2, 2026 for a youth softball tournament.




4. Request from Gary Richardson Commander of American Legion Post 62 to close off Central Avenue between Second and Third Street on July 26, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM for their Memorial Car Show.




5. Notice of Claim from Joseph Repasch of South Roberts Road for replacing a water line that was a City issue.




6. Loudspeaker permit request from Brandi Whytas on behalf of Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to have a DJ at the Lower Pavilion at Point Gratiot Park on Saturday, June 13, 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM for their Great Strides Walk.




7. Loudspeaker permit request from American Legion Post 62 to have a band on Sunday, July 26, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM for their Classic Car Show.




8. Loudspeaker permit request from the Chautauqua Adult Care for speakers to be used at their Agency Picnic on Saturday July 31, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.




9. Loudspeaker permit request from the Northern Chautauqua Conservation Club to use speakers for live bands and DJS from May 20, 2026 through October 1, 2026 until 1:00 AM.
