COLUMBIA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE: TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Twin Lakes Improvement Association that all Association-owned properties, right-of-way, and deeded access points in Elizaville/Livingston, NY, will be CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC for a period of twenty-four (24) hours to maintain private status and prevent the establishment of public prescriptive easements. CLOSURE PERIOD: From 12:00 PM (Noon) on Monday, April 6, 2026 , until 12:00 PM (Noon) on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 . AFFECTED AREAS: The following properties deeded to the Association are strictly closed to the public during this time: * Main Beach and Pavilion at Shore Drive near Major Road: Lot 22 (Tax ID: 201.8-2-52 and Lot 22-A (Tax ID: 201.8-2-64 * South Beach at 0 Shore Drive near Loyola Street: Lot 3-A (Tax ID: 201.2-1-82 * North Twin Lake RT 19 Beach at 0 CR19 near Henry Street: (Tax ID: 201.8-1-63 * Property between Loyola Road and Henry Street, running parallel with Columbia County Route 19. * All other deeded Rights-of-Way and Association-owned parcels.
