NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Section 506 and 1526 of the Real Property Law) Hearing of Complaints Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Floyd, County of Oneida has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Floyd Town Hall 8299 Old Floyd Rd., also any interested person can view the roll by going to oneidacountyny.gov then to Departments, Finance, then 2026 Tentative Assessment Rolls. The Assessor or a representative will be available on May 6th & 20th between the hours of 11:00 AM & 3:00 PM & May 13th 12:00-2:00 PM & 6:00-8:00 PM and by appointment on May 16th. If you have any questions, you may telephone the Assessor’s Office at (315) 865-4256 Ext. 2 on the dates and times listed above. Leave a message. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 26, 2026 between the hours of 4:00 & 8:00 PM at the Floyd Town Hall, to examine all written complaints in relation to assessments of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
