TOWN OF VOLNEY PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems LLC d/b/a Verizon, has made an application to the Zoning Board for a 30 foot height variance for a 180 foot cell tower at 1445 County Route 6, Fulton NY 13069. As required by Zoning Ordinance a Public Hearing will be held at 1445 County Route 6 Fulton, NY 13069 on May 4, 2026 at 6:00 PM on the question of granting said application, at which time and place all persons will be heard either for or against the application for variance Theresa Anderson Town Clerk
