LEGAL NOTICE Notice of Completion of Tentative Assessment Roll (Pursuant to RPTL § 506) Hearing of Complaints Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Wilton, County of Saratoga, has com- pleted the Tentative As- sessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Assessor's Of- fice at 22 Traver Road Gansevoort, NY 12831, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until May 26, 2026. Assessor will be The Tentative in attendance with the Assessment Roll at the Town of Wil- ton on May 6, 2026, be- tween the hours of 9am- 1pm, May 9, 2026 from 8am-12pm, May 13, 2026 between the hours of 9am-1pm, and on May 21, 2026 between the hours of 4pm-8pm. A publication entitled "Contest Your Assess- ment”, and a complaint form are available from your Assessor. The Board of Assess- ment Review will meet on May 26, 2026, be- tween the hours of 4pm and 8pm, at Town Hall in said town to hear and examine all com- plaints in relation to assessments on the ap- plication of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
