COLUMBIA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA (Pursuant to Real Property Tax Law section 501) Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel, which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll for the TOWN OF GHENT which will be filed on or before May 1, 2026. The information may be reviewed by appointment in the Assessor’s office at GHENT TOWN HALL, 2306 STATE RTE. 66, GHENT between the hours of 12 PM and 2 PM, on MARCH 18TH and 25TH. Please note this is not to discuss assessments but to confirm the inventory on which assessments will be made.
