PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Grand View-On-Hudson on the 21st day of April, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. at the Village Hall, 151 River Road, Grand View, New York 10960 to consider the application submitted by Adra Maunier on behalf of Ken Kolkececk for site plan approval. The subject premises are situated on the west side of River Road, known as 41 River Road, designated on the Tax Map as Section 71.3 Block 1 Lot 17, in an R-22 Zoning District. Copies of the aforesaid application are available for public review at the office of the Village Clerk/Treasurer, Village of Grand View-On-Hudson, 151 River Road, Grand View, New York 10960 between the hours of 9 A.M.and 4 P.M.
