VILLAGE OF GRANVILLE LEGAL NOTICE The Village Board of Trustees will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, May 4 th at 7:00pm at the Village Municipal Center concerning a proposed Resolution that aims to abolish the positions associated with the Village Court. The Resolution specifies the elimination of three positions—Village Justice, Associate Village Justice, and Court Clerk. The goal associated with the Resolution is to minimize costs by consolidating the Village Court with the Granville Town Court. A copy of the proposed Resolution is available for review at the Office of the Village Clerk located at 51 Quaker St (hours M-TH 8am-5pm, F 8am-4pm). Those wishing to comment in writing concerning the proposed Resolution as opposed to appearing in person at the Public Hearing may submit comments via first class mail, email, or in person to the office of the Village Clerk through Monday, May 4 th at 5:00pm.
