TOWN OF HAGUE LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Hague Town Board serving as the local Board of Health will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday April 14, 2026, beginning at 6:00pm at the Hague Community Center, 9793 Graphite Mt. Rd., Hague, NY to consider the following septic variance request. Bolton Sibling LLC, 5 Burdick Lane, Silver Bay, NY 12874. Tax map # 60.17-1-20 The applicant is seeking the following variances for replacement to upgrade existing septic system: All the below variance requests are as per section 132-9 (D) referencing Appendix A. VARSEP 01-26 Eljen bed, distance to house, 17’ variance VARSEP 02-26 Distribution box, distance to house 7’ variance VARSEP 03-26 Septic tank, distance to house 3’ variance VARSEP 04-26 Pump tank, distance to house 3’ variance VARSEP 05-26 Eljen bed, distance to stream 10’ variance The records regarding the above project(s) are available for review at the Hague Community Center, 9793 Graphite Mt.
