The public is invited. The meeting agenda may be viewed on the Town of Richmond website. At this meeting, three public hearings will be held, as follows: o Subdivision to combine lots- George Wheatley, 8500 Sherbrooke Street; Honeoye, NY 14471. Tax Map Numbers: 150.38-3-13.000 & 150.38-3-14.000 o Site Plan Review- Sara Hill, 8653 Main Street; Honeoye, NY 14471 (Skill Glass building). Tax Map Number: 135.20-2-21.220 o Site Plan Review- SUNN 1019 of 700 West Metro Park, Rochester, NY for property owned by Solar Advocate Development at property located at 4735 County Road 37, Richmond NY. Tax Map Number: 135-2-57.1 Comments will also be collected by the Planning Board Chairperson via email before the meeting, to be read aloud at the meeting.
