TOWN OF HORSEHEADS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Horseheads, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 30th, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at the Town Hall, 150 Wygant Road, Horseheads, New York, on the request of Leo McLaughlin, for the property located at 3041 Arnold Avenue, Horseheads, NY 14845, for an Area Variance – Applicant seeking front setback relief from the required 25 ft., in order to add a porch, with a roof across the front of the house. Current Zoning is Residential B- Tax Map #69.14-2-18 The application is open for inspection at the office of the Town Clerk at 150 Wygant Road, Horseheads, New York during regular office hours. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representation. Communications in writing relative thereto may be filed with the Board or at such hearing.
